43bd Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement and Platform Rules

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 43bd ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 43bd website located at 43bd.ws and all associated services, features, and content. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 43bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 43bd platform. These Terms are available in English and may be provided in Bengali for informational purposes; in the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. 43bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 43bd strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 43bd account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must confirm that you are using 43bd purely for entertainment purposes and that you understand the nature of real-money gaming, including the risk of losing the funds you deposit.
• You must not be registered on any voluntary self-exclusion programme that covers 43bd. If you have self-excluded from gaming, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent any self-exclusion measure.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with 43bd, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. 43bd relies on the information you provide to comply with its responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. 43bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• 43bd may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Account features including withdrawals may be restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

• 43bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, multi-accounting, or any other breach of these Terms.
• Inactive accounts (accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure in accordance with 43bd's dormant account policy, of which you will be notified in advance.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

43bd supports instant mobile wallet deposits and fast withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers through major Bangladeshi banks. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 43bd, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 43bd charges no deposit fee; however, fees charged by payment providers are the player's responsibility.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative verified method is on file. 43bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts via bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during business hours and may take up to 24 hours. 43bd is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking networks.
• 43bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than typical account activity. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Deposits that have not been used for wagering within 30 days of being credited to your account may be subject to a review before withdrawal processing commences, to verify that the funds represent genuine gaming activity.
• All transactions on the 43bd platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol denotes BDT in all communications, statements, and in-platform displays. 43bd does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

43bd offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before opting in.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit — no bonus code is required. The specific percentage match and maximum bonus amount are displayed on the 43bd promotions page at the time of deposit.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. • Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus, use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions, or any other attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

6. Responsible Gaming

43bd is committed to responsible gaming. • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your 43bd account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive changes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 43bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity, to launder funds, or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, using software to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, transferring bonus funds between accounts, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming is prohibited.
• Underage access: Attempting to access 43bd while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by an underage person, is prohibited. This includes providing false date of birth information during registration.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for funds that were genuinely deposited and used for gaming constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate account closure and possible legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 43bd is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player's own gaming decisions, including losses incurred as a result of a losing bet or a losing streak. Gaming involves risk and players accept that risk when they choose to play for real money.
• 43bd is not liable for any service interruption, downtime, or technical failure arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, third-party game provider server failures, or force majeure events.
• Where 43bd is found to be liable for any loss suffered by a player, its maximum aggregate liability to that player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their 43bd account during that same calendar month.

9. Amendments to These Terms

43bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 43bd will notify registered players via email to the address on file, or via an in-platform notification, at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the 43bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment.
